Easter Egg Hunt

This event has been cancelled due to the growing concerns over the COVID-19  virus and the possibility of spreading due to large social gatherings. 

Everyone will meet at 1:00 pm outside of the Meeting House and the actual hunt will take place at 1:30 pm. Please arrive and park in the large parking lot next to the Pioneer Village and proceed to the Meeting House at the Pioneer Village where we will have activities for the kids. We are doing this event in partnership with the Caesar Creek Nature Center.

The hunt itself will be broken into age groups handled at different times after 1:30 pm. This ensures all kids have an equal opportunity to hunt eggs. Everyone will gather near the parking lot at 1:30 pm and be given instructions on how the hunt will proceed. No one will be permitted in the Pioneer Village between 11:00 am and 1:30 pm as Egg Hiding will be occurring during those times. Everyone will need to remain at the very front of the Village by the Meeting House and the Rest rooms to prevent anyone from getting a head start.

After the hunt, you are free to visit the Pioneer Village and the Nature Center as we will have some of our buildings open and the house parents will be available to talk about the Pioneer Village.

There will also be a rain date associated with this event. In case of inclement weather cancelling this event on the 4th, it will occur on the 11th instead.
